Who Are Your Coaches?

Micah Schwader

As a Transformational Writing Coach, author, and publisher, one thing that came to Micah Schwader’s attention early was that all the top people in their respective industries are published authors. By having a book, they can spread their message to more people, and being a published author gives them more credibility and visibility.

When Micah started coaching enlightened entrepreneurs and coaches to become published authors more than twenty years ago, he saw the need for more people to get their messages out to the world.

As one of the first writing coaches in the world, Micah repeatedly heard from potential clients that the time and money it took to write a book was sometimes too much. Many of those he spoke with dreamed of writing their books but never did. Some didn’t know how to get started, and others didn’t know what it would take to write and publish a book.

As a result, Micah began to create collaborative anthology books for coaches, speakers, and enlightened business owners to share their thoughts and stories with the world without writing and publishing an entire book.

In the Guide to Getting It series by Business and Life Coaches and the Horse as Teacher series in the world of Equine-Facilitated Learning and Coaching, Micah helped close to 150 authors become published, and collectively they’ve sold over 70,000 books. Micah also partnered with Cassandra Washington of One Degree Shift to publish three Amazon Best Sellers, Strengthen Your Wings; Emerge: Real Stories of Courage and Truth; and The Call to Soar, helping 50 women have their voices heard. He has also coached 70+ authors to write their books, with several becoming best-selling authors in their genre.

Pete Steadman

Pete is an intentional life coach, mentor, creator of The Ripple Revolution, author, speaker, visionary, and transformative travel facilitator.

Pete guides purpose-driven professionals to feel alive by uncovering what they truly desire from life and exploring ways to infuse their desired life into their current reality. He takes clients on a Journey of Unbecoming to identify their true north so that they can realign with their inner compass.

Using his processes, clients gain clarity about their purpose, which unlocks who they truly are. They reconnect to their inner fire and illuminate their gift through these methods.

Clients learn to remove what doesn’t work for them, simplify their lives, and let go of old and tired beliefs to gain clarity and reconnect with the gift they bring to the world, embodying their soul’s purpose.

In the process, they fuel their inner fire by taking daily Imperfect Actions and creating moments that matter every day so they can live an intentional life while creating their Ripple of Impact. The process Pete facilitates is through transformative travel experiences that rapidly accelerate the client’s transformation.

Pete’s Journey of Unbecoming began almost 20 years ago when he left his home country of Wales to travel. He quickly saw how travel transformed him and others by overcoming fear, connecting with local experiences, and finding ways to give back to the destinations he visited.

Since leaving Wales, Pete met his wife Latisha while doing reef conservation in Mexico. Together they have owned real estate and created businesses in four countries, traveled to 34 countries, spent time in an ashram in India, studied yoga in Thailand, built an expedition truck, and driven from Canada as far as Panama on their way to Patagonia.

Pete, Latisha, and their three young sons are pursuing a career in Oxygen farming while creating a regenerative agroforestry project and micro-community in Costa Rica where people can reconnect to themselves through experiences in nature.
